LOOKING FOR AIR SIGNS was born from a tendency to live in the clouds - my love for finding answers in the sky. In the moon, in the stars, in the setting and rising colours of the sun. In the tides and the cycles of our life. It refers to my love of fellow air-signs. My darling friends who can chat incessantly until their earth-sign friends remind them it’s time for bed. It refers to the people, places and things that spark excitement in me and feel like clues – breadcrumbs on a greater journey. It is a safe space, a place for exploration, and my hope to share the insights and wisdom that have inspired me over the years

With all of my personal planets (the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter) in air and fire signs, life can often be lived passionately in the mind. Here you will find the cultivation of tools I use to ground. To get back to living in my body and making choices from planet earth
